All orders are dispatched from Varna, Bulgaria.
Delivery within Bulgaria
Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 1 business day to most addresses in Bulgaria.
- Delivery is typically €5–€6, depending on whether you choose a courier office or delivery to your address. An office is the cheaper option.
- The exact charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship with Econt, Speedy and BoxNow. You choose your courier and delivery point at checkout.
Cash on delivery is available for orders within Bulgaria.
International delivery
We ship to selected countries in the EU and beyond, at a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery is typically 5–10 business days depending on destination. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email, then a second email with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not arrived within two business days, contact us.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel returns to us uncollected, or because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.
Damaged in transit
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, ask the courier to record it before you accept, then contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will replace or refund in full.
