Products
We sell extrait de parfum in 50 ml bottles. Product images are illustrative. Fragrance is a personal experience and how a scent develops varies from person to person; descriptions of notes, longevity and projection are given in good faith as a guide, not as a guarantee of individual results.
Our products are cosmetics for external use on skin. Keep away from eyes, do not spray on broken skin, keep out of reach of children, store away from direct sunlight and heat. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and cash on delivery within Bulgaria.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable, or a price or description was clearly wrong, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

Reviews shown on this site are submitted by customers. We publish them as written and do not edit them to remove criticism. We do not offer payment in exchange for positive reviews.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first. If we cannot resolve matters, you may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection at kzp.bg, or refer the dispute to an approved alternative dispute resolution body.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
